| The terms and conditions of bookings made with our members varies from one establishment to another and should be confirmed with the individual members when bookings are made. The actual terms for a Large Hotel are likely to be quite different to those with a Small Hotel or a Guest House. These terms are there to help to protect both the customer and the establishment providing accommodation. Once a booking is confirmed the customer expects that the accommodation will be available as agreed and to the advertised standard. Equally the accommodation provider expects that the guests will arrive as agreed for the length of the booking made. The Association strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance. |
